Job Description

  • This Role Is Full Time – Permanent - Business Support Manager, And Involves Selling Our UK & European Holiday Products And Services To Agents In The Indian Market And, In Reverse, Selling Our Client’S Indian Holiday Products To The Travel Companies In The UK And Europe. In Addition The Post Holder Must Develop Holy Pilgrimage Products And Packages With A Special Focus On The Indian Community In UK.

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaising With Other Managers/Staff To Determine The Range Of Services To Be Sold.
  • Plan And Carry Out Direct Marketing Activities (Principally Direct Mail) To Agreed Budgets, Sales Volumes, Values And Timescales.
  • Develop Ideas And Create Offers For Direct Mail And Marketing To Major Accounts.
  • Examine And Analyse Sales Figures And Prepare Detailed And Costed Proposals For Marketing Campaigns And Promotional Activities.
  • Maintain And Develop Existing And New Customers Through Planned Individual Account Support, And Liaison With Internal Order-Processing Staff.
  • Monitor And Report On All Marketing Activities And Provide Relevant Management Information.
  • Carry Out Market Research, Competitor And Customer Surveys.
  • Maintain And Report On Software Suitability For Direct Marketing And Sales Reporting Purposes.
  • Liaise And Attend Meetings With Other Company Functions Necessary To Perform Duties And Aid Business And Organisational Development.
  • Produce Detailed Reports And Recommendations For Future Marketing And Sales Strategies.
