Job Description

  • * A Wide Variety Of Office Administration And Operations
  • * Maintaining Files With Up To Date Paper Work
  • * Dealing With Requests From Sales Offices
  • * Selecting Appropriate Hotels According To Sales Requirements
  • * Contacting Hotels And Negotiating Competitive Rates As Per The Client's Budget
  • * Deal With Cancellations, Amendments, Book Outs And Complaints

Job Responsibilities

  • * Liaising With The Existing Suppliers To Ensure The Services Are Provided Flawlessly
  • * Updating The In-House System Very Regularly
  • * Paying The Suppliers By Due Date
  • * Assisting Sales Team With Designing Of Their Itineraries For Their Clients
  • * Traveling To Different Cities / Countries Sourcing Out New Competitive Suppliers
