Job Description

  • A Wide Variety Of Office Administration And Operations
  • Maintaining Files With Up To Date Paper Work
  • Dealing With Requests From Sales Offices
  • Selecting Appropriate Hotels According To Sales Requirements
  • Contacting Hotels And Negotiating Competitive Rates As Per The Client's Budget
  • Deal With Cancellations, Amendments, Book Outs And Complaints

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaising With The Existing Suppliers To Ensure The Services Are Provided Flawlessly
  • Updating The In-House System Very Regularly
  • Paying The Suppliers By Due Date
  • Assisting Sales Team With Designing Of Their Itineraries For Their Clients
  • Traveling To Different Cities / Countries Sourcing Out New Competitive Suppliers
